Dr. Shannon Smeltzer is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, brings over 30 years of diverse nursing experience to our practice. With a robust educational background and specialized training from prestigious institutions, Dr. Smeltzer is a pillar of medical expertise in our community. Her leadership in establishing one of the first Covid-19 rapid testing centers in Monroe County is a testament to her proactive and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
